each to "Unite with Yourself."

Saturday/Sunday 10:00 - 13:00

Led Class with the original Sanskrit counting method, introduction to Pranayama, Vedic Peace Chants, discussion / questions & answers.

All levels of experience are welcome, some experience in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga is required.

We will practice all the steps, just like a ritual. Asana practice maintains physical health, then you will learn pranayama, and the chanting (internal vibrations). As Manju says: "If you just do asana, it's not good. It would be a great help, but you're not getting the complete Ashtanga yoga message you are supposed to get. That's why, in my workshops, I start teaching these things. I want to bring the old traditions back, not just asanas."
